    Join Nicole Fournié of d’être creative co. and Emily Pelky, LMFT, as we welcome the energy of the Spring Equinox. Together we’ll share a creative journaling experience that will allow you to bloom in the coming months, while honoring the ephemeral nature of all things – an invitation to hold all things lightly, fully cherishing them at their peak bloom while understanding when to let go with grace. We’ll also embrace tarot cards as a tool to tap into the roots of your intuition to nourish and support your personal growth over the coming season of life. 

    Snacks and tea provided, along with some aligned goodies to take home with you as a thank you for sitting with us.

  • Planting Seeds: A Self-Discovery Event to Intuitively Connect with the Energy of the New Moon

    Join Emily Pelky, LMFT as we welcome the energy of the first New Moon of the astrological year - a new moon in Aries, and partial solar eclipse. Together we’ll embrace the bold, brave energy of the sign of Aries to support your path towards self-discovery, and determine where you can take action in order to manifest your dreams in the coming months. Although we won’t be setting intentions or making a list of new manifestations with this energy, we will be harnessing this special eclipse energy in order to fully understand what changes are necessary for growth and expansion.

    Pregnancy is more than preparing for birth and motherhood is more than caring for a child. It's all a journey, a sacred unfolding of who you are becoming.

    The Intuitive Mother is a workshop designed for pregnant and postpartum mamas to tune into their inner wisdom, connect with their future selves, and reflect on the emotional journey of matrescence. Through intentional conversation, journaling, and guided meditation, you'll explore how your own inner child shapes the way you want to mother. You’ll also be provided space to care for your mind and spirit through your motherhood journey.

    - Inner child healing & reflections on the kind of parent you hope to be

    - Matrescence — the emotional, spiritual, and identity shift of motherhood

    - Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) — signs of postpartum anxiety, depression, and when to find support

    - A guided meditation to meet and embrace your future mother self
